Since graduating from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1985 and opening her solo dental practice, Dr. Lena Fermback has accumulated over 1000 hours of continuing education. She has undertaken mission trips, both local and foreign, donating dental services to those less fortunate. Outside of her passion for dentistry, she has been married to her husband Michael for 30+ years. They have 2 children and 2 Bernese Mountains dogs. She is physically very active, enjoying hiking, biking, swimming, jogging, skiing and adventure travel.

Abby McClintic has been practicing dental hygiene with Dr. Fermback since graduating from the I-P, Ft.Wayne campus, Dental Hygiene Program in 2003. She enjoys helping patients make decisions on improving their smiles. Dr. Fermback, using a team approach, in conjunction with other specialists, created this beautiful smile. She loves the lakes environment and everything that goes with it!  She has been married to her husband, Josh, since 2002 and has two little girls, Maddy and Ally and together attend Sacred Heart Church.

Deb Meyer graduated from the Indiana-Purdue University, Ft. Wayne campus, Dental Assistant Program in 1995 and has been with Dr. Fermback ever since. In 2001 she became certified in “Expanded Restorative Procedures for Dental Auxiliaries”. She enjoys playing with her grandchildren and traveling.

Georgann DelVecchio has been with Dr. Fermback since 1998 after moving to Warsaw from upstate New York. Georgann is the pleasant voice you’ll probably hear when you call into the office. She enjoys gardening, bird watching and traveling with her husband.

Jennifer McCloughan graduated from the Indiana-Purdue University, Ft.Wayne campus, Dental Hygiene Program in 1989 and has been working with Dr. Fermback ever since. She’s a vendor at the local Farmer’s Market, enjoys gardening and spending time with her four children.

 

 

Kristin Schrock has been practicing dental hygiene with Dr. Fermback since graduating from Indiana-Purdue University in Fort Wayne in 1999.  She especially enjoys working with children and has even traveled to Africa to serve the dental needs of orphaned children there.  Kristin is active in her church, enjoys gardening and also keeps busy playing recreational volleyball with her husband Mike.

Leslie Hart graduated from Indiana-Purdue University, Ft.Wayne campus, Dental Hygiene Program and has had the pleasure of working with Dr. Fermback since 2002. She enjoyed the opportunity of moving to Warsaw in 1989 where she and husband  Roger raised their two girls.  Now it’s about the grandchildren, traveling and, of course, dentistry.

 

 

 

 

Nicole Schneider. After graduating at the top of her class from the IPFW Dental Assisting Program in 2011, Nicole immediately began her dental career by coming to work with Dr. Fermback’s team of skilled experts. She loves the great outdoors, enjoying activities that include biking, gardening and spending quality time with family. However, Nicole also enjoys adrenaline filled activities such as skydiving, kayaking, and snorkeling! She is devoted to her profession and is eager to get to know each patient on an individual basis in order to assist them in accomplishing their dental goals. We are very happy and excited to have Nicole in our relationship based dental practice. Please welcome Nicole as the newest member of our extended dental family!

 

 

 

Andrea Slabaugh graduated in 2008 from International Business College with a degree in Travel and Hospitality Management. She started her career working for the Hilton Hotel Corporation in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She joined Dr. Fermback’s team in 2011 and is currently working with patients at the front desk as the Appointment Coordinator. She is eager to assist patients over the phone and even more enthusiastic in person. Aside from spending time with family and husband Aaron, Andrea enjoys working the café at her church, traveling and going to Colts games. (Yeah! Go Colts!)  She is also fervent about golfing, skiing, biking and almost any other outdoor activity.  We’re delighted to welcome Andrea to our dental practice!
