We offer at-home teeth bleaching/whitening kits, expertly crafted crowns, bridges and tooth-colored cavity fillings, as well as gold. We also offer a wide-range of other procedures. Digital X-Rays
Through the use of digital x-rays our patients are exposed to 90% less radiation when compared to standard film based x-rays. These digital x-ray images are displayed above the patient’s chair on a monitor, allowing the patient to view their images while the doctor explains any potential problems or possible correction procedures.
Diagnodent Caries Detector
Dr. Fermbacks’ hygienists utilize a small, high tech, wand-type instrument to detect cavities in their earliest stages. This modern marvel immediately allows quicker and earlier diagnosis of potential problems, therefore leading to more effective and prompt treatment.
IntraOral Camera
With the use of our IntraOral camera, photographic images of the mouth are again displayed on the chair-side monitor. Again, this allows both Dr. Lena and her patient a clear view of potential problems, possible treatment options and the ability for her to answer questions the patient may have.
Dental Implants
Dental implants are the most advanced, attractive and effective way of replacing missing teeth in today’s world of dentistry. These implants stabilize dentures or partials and make any prosthesis fit more comfortably in the mouth.
Because no one can be an expert in every phase of such a complex treatment procedure, Dr. Fermback relies on a team approach when this procedure becomes nessessary. With her as the quarterback, Dr. Fermback utilizes specialists like endodontists, periodontists and oral surgeons. This specialized and co-ordinated treatment team approach has numerous advantages, the least of which is peer consultation and agreement on the best possible procedure. All-Ceramic Restoration
This practice minimizes the effect of black lines around the gums, which is common in many patients. Through the use of ceramic restoration, Dr. Fermback can possibly eliminate problems associated with metal allergies and provide a more aesthetically pleasing smile.

Dr. Fermback and staff know how important it is for you to have a healthy bright smile. Your mouth’s overall health is important to us, too. We pride ourselves on the smiles that leave our practice.
White Smiles 4 Life is an exciting new program offered to all our new and existing patients. We would like to provide you with the opportunity to whiten your teeth and keep them white for life.
Here is how it works:
If you have already had whitening done in our office and have whitening trays, you will automatically be enrolled in our exciting new teeth whitening program. As you come in for your regular dental checkup appointments, you will receive a whitening touchup syringe at no cost to you.
If you have not already had whitening done in our office and would like to join our White Smiles 4 Life program you can enroll for the low one time enrollment fee of $198.00. We will provide you with professional whitening trays and material and as you come in for your regular dental checkup appointments you will receive a whitening touchup syringe at no cost to you.

To be eligible for our White Smiles 4 Life program, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be 15 years of age
- Must have a healthy mouth

Membership is valid as long as Dr. Fermback retains her private practice.
